About us

We use Renishaw AM400 SLM System capable of producing parts with dimensions of 250x250x300 mm. Bigger parts arealso possible as we also offer arc and laser welding. We are focused on clients with very high-quality requirements and that is why our QC&QA offer is so wide.
Our system is also supplied with a Reduced Build Volume. A module capable of printing 68x68x60mm parts from low quantity powder samples. Used for development and testing of small quantities of novel and expensive materials – starting from100 [g] samples.

Aluminium alloys

We are developing new composite powders based on aluminium series 7XXX and titanium alloys, dedicated for use in Additive Manufacturing.

The concept is to use aluminium/titanium alloy powders as base material, surface of which will be modified with a high-melting point metal and/or micro ceramic particles. Powders modified in this way will allow for AM production of composite parts.

Closed loop manufacturing

We have developed a technology to turn titanium waste from machining into full value powder for additive manufacturing. Through our proprietary processes of cleaning, thermo-chemical and mechanical processing we produce spherical 15-45 µm Ti-6Al-4V powders. The powder produced in such a way is not only eco-friendly but up to two times cheaper than powders currently available on the market.
